Dear ForThen & EverMore— I’m still alive, and though we had a bit of a rocky relationship in Singapore (mostly my own fault: had to walk before I could run…) me and the 5N are carrying on like BFFs. I’ve benched the old manual Cosina 28mm f2.0 lens I was trying to use, and the kit 18-55mm is now my standard go to. Should have given it a chance before sticking cool piece of analog glass on the brand new thing.

Too many images to post properly, and I’ve still got a lot of work to do on my own eye (turns out asking for the photo is an even more daunting proposition when you don’t speak the language), but I’ll probably splurge a bit when I’m back. May have to squeeze in a photowalk on the way back through Singapore to make sure I do it some kind of justice…
